After purchase, please either use the contact tab or email me (heavenlypawtraits@gmail.com) the photo(s) you want me to paint and let me know of any changes you would like me to make; different background, add two pets in separate photos to one painting, etc. If you want anything that's not in the photo, please share with me a reference photo for me to look at.
YES!
Once I receive your email with the reference photo, I will let you know the approximate date that I will get it started. I will be in touch with any delays. Once I complete it, I will send a picture to you for any edits that you want me to make. Once that is complete, I ship it and will let you know of the tracking number.
The time varies; Ideally, once I get the order, the product will be completed in the next 4-5 days; sooner if it's smaller and then ship the day of or day after I get your approval- having it at your door in 3-5 business days. However, if I have a lot of orders before you, if you take longer to approve my edit, or have additional edits after the painting, this may all extend the time. I do try and get it to you as fast as I can though and on average, products are in the main 3-4 days after purchase.
Nope! Please use the coupon "local" at checkout and I will personally drive to your door to deliver it.
Prices are dependent on the size & cost of material I am using and the current market with similar style/skill-level artists.
